If you are organizing your first London Knights group outing, or are a seasoned veteran and just have a question, we have the answer!
What is a group?
A London Knights group consists of 20 or more people looking to experience an exciting and memorable event. Knights groups can include family, friends, business associates, community organizations, employee groups, holiday parties, alumni associations, sports teams, church groups, youth groups, doctors and nurses, firefighters, police officers, EMS workers, boy scouts, girl scouts, sales teams or just 20 or more people who want to get together and experience great entertainment.
Are groups eligible to receive a special ticket price?
Yes! Groups can receive special discounts as well as the best available seating by bringing 20 or more people to a game. The Group Sales Department also offers a child ticket price.
How do I book group tickets?
You can book your London Knights group tickets by contacting Kaitlin Williams, Group Sales Manager, for ticket availability and prices at 519-681-0800 Ext 6435 or groupsales@londonknights.com or by filling out the Group Sales Request form. We will personally help you plan your group outing, assist you with securing the appropriate seats for your group and save you money.
When is payment for my group tickets due?
Final payment for all tickets is due two weeks prior to the date of the game you are attending. Tickets are not printed until they are paid in full. If you need your tickets earlier, that’s not a problem! Tickets can be paid for and printed as soon as you need them.
How do we pay for our group ticket order?
Payment for group tickets can be made with Visa, MasterCard or by cheque made out to ‘London Knights Hockey Club’. Any cash or in-person payment will need to be scheduled ahead of time with the Group Sales Department. Unfortunately, debit is not available for group ticket payment.
When and how do I get my tickets?
As soon as your ticket order has been processed and printed, the London Knights will let you know via phone or e-mail. Your tickets will be available for pickup at the OMAC Mortgages London Knights Armoury or can be couriered to you for an additional charge.
What if I lost my tickets?
No problem! They can be re-printed for $2.00 per lost ticket.
