KNIGHTS ACQUIRE NATHAN MARTINE

London Knights General Manager Mark Hunter today announced that the team has acquired 19 year old Defenceman Nathan Martine from the Niagara IceDogs in exchange for Overage Winger Jordan Foreman . Martine is entering his 4th season in the OHL. Martine, 19 was selected in the 1st Round at the 2004 OHL Draft by the Barrie Colts. Martine is a native of Port Colborne , Ontario and stands 6.01 and weighs 221 pounds. Last season he recorded 41 points in 68 games for the Mississauga IceDogs. Foreman, 20 is entering his 4th season in the Ontario Hockey League after being the London Knights 7th Round Choice at the 2003 OHL Draft. Foreman was a member of the 2005 Memorial Cup Champion London Knights. Martine will join the London Knights when Training Camp opens on Tuesday, August 28th, 2007 at the John Labatt Centre .
