Jacques Beaulieu - Assistant Coach

Jacques rejoins the London Knights for a 2nd time after spending the past 3 seasons as General Manager and Head Coach of the Saint John Sea Dogs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Beaulieu, 41 was previously Assistant Coach of the London Knights from 2002-2006 and played a key role with the 2005 Memorial Cup Champion London Knights. He has a strong track record of working with such defenseman as Marc Methot ( Columbus Blue Jackets ), Dan Girardi ( New York Rangers ), Kyle Quincey ( Colorado Avalanche ), Danny Syvret ( Philadelphia Flyers ), and Bryan Rodney ( Carolina Hurricanes ) among others. During his time with the London Knights the 2004-2005 set the OHL Record for Fewest Goals Against in a season with 125 goals allowed in 68 games. Beaulieu is responsible for assisting with all aspects of on and off ice development of the London Knights players. He is very sound defensive coach who brings a wealth of knowledge to the London Knights Coaching Staff. Jacques son Nathan is a 17 year old defenseman with the Saint John Sea Dogs of the QMJHL. Jacques and his wife Carmen live in Strathroy, Ontario with there children.
