EXPERIENCE THE ULTIMATE GROUP OUTING!
In order to assist new groups in choosing their next group outing, we have put together a list of answers to the most common questions new group organizers ask before selecting the London Knights as their entertainment option.
1. What is a Group?
A London Knights Group consists of 15 or more people looking to experience an exciting and memorable event. Knights' Groups can include family, friends, business associates, community organizations, employee groups, holiday parties, alumni associations, sports teams, church groups, youth groups, doctors and nurses, firefighters, police officers or EMS workers, boy scouts, girl scouts, sales teams or just 15 or more people who want to get together and experience great entertainment.
2. Are groups eligible to receive a special ticket price?
Yes. Groups can receive special discounts as well as the best available seating by bringing 15 or more people to a game.
3 . How do I book Group Tickets?
Call Meghan Hunter in our Group Sales Department for dates, times and prices of the group opportunity you are interested in and we will personally help you plan your group outing, assist you with securing the appropriate seats for your group and save you money.
4. Are groups eligible for additional amenities?
Yes. Our Hospitality Suites will provide your group with an extra special evening at the John Labatt Centre. Our Hospitality Suites hold 54 to 120 people and can be fully catered by our exclusive on-site caterer, Ovations Food Services.

6. What is the Deadline for Ordering Group Tickets?
Two weeks prior to your scheduled game night.
7. When is payment for my group tickets due?
Two weeks prior to your scheduled game night.
8. How do we Pay for our Group Ticket Order?
Visa and Master Card are accepted. Cheques and Money Orders are made payable to “The London Knights Hockey Club”. Any cash or in-person payments MUST be scheduled in advance with our Group Sales Department.
9. How do I receive our tickets?
Once payment has been received, tickets are mailed directly to the purchaser for an additional fee. Tickets can also be picked up in person at the OMAC Mortgages London Knights Box Office by arranging 24 hours prior with our Group Sales department.
