RESERVATION PROCEDURES
The London Knights Hockey Club process for ordering group tickets is very simple and convenient. We strive to make your group outing an easy, relaxing and stress-free experience!! In an effort to help you organize your group outing, the London Knights have provided you with the following preliminary informative list to help you get started booking your group.
Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Determine the size or number of your group
2. Contact the Meghan Hunter in our Group Sales Department between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to confirm game times, dates and group rates.
3. Notify group members in a creative manner by spreading the word through email, voicemail, company newsletter, promotional flyers and posters, departmental meetings, intranet.
Policies and Procedures:
To ensure a smooth ordering process, please review the following policies and procedures when ordering group tickets.
Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Payment on all group orders must be made at least two weeks prior to the game. Group reservations may be cancelled if payment is not received by specified date.
- A group must consist of 20 or more tickets per game
- Group orders must be placed through the London Knights Group Sales Department by:

- In person by appointment.
- When ordering tickets, please provide us with the following information:
- Game, date, time, number of tickets, group leader, group name, address, e-mail and telephone (day and evening), credit card information.
- Once payment is received, additional seats may be purchased should the need arise. However, orders received after published deadline are subject to full price. No Exceptions. Requests for additional tickets must be received at least three days prior to the event. Additionally seats purchased will be as close to the initial seat location as possible, based upon availability.
- All sales are final once payment has been received. There are no EXCHANGES or REFUNDS
- Tickets are not sold on consignment.
- A credit card is mandatory upon reservation of group tickets. If no credit card available, a deposit of $100 is due in order to reserve the tickets.
- All groups must fill out, sign and return their group sales contract within 14 days of receipt in order to reserve tickets.
- All groups MUST sell within a set number of the reserved tickets as outlined in contract issued upon reservation.
- 20 – 29 Tickets – Must keep 20 tickets
- 30 – 49 Tickets – Must keep 30 tickets
- 50 – 74 Tickets – Must keep 50 tickets
- 75 – 100 Tickets – Must keep 75 tickets
- 100 or more – must sell within 25 tickets that have reserved
- Once payment has been received, tickets are mailed directly to the purchaser for an additional fee unless other arrangements are made.
- Visa and MasterCard accepted. Cheques and money orders are made payable to the London Knights Hockey Club. Any cash or in-person payments must be scheduled in advance.
- A fee of $10.00 will be added to each order requesting ticket delivery
- Tickets purchased less than two weeks prior to the game will not be mailed unless requested.
- Tickets can also be picked up in person at the OMAC Mortgages London Knights Box Office if preferred. Arrangements for pick-up need to be made at least 24 hours prior with our Group Sales Department.
- Should someone other than the Group Leader pick-up tickets, please be sure to notify the Group Sales Department. Tickets are not released to a second party without proper authorization from the Group Leader.
- Unfortunately, there are no complimentary tickets for bus drivers or group leaders. All persons entering the John Labatt Centre must have a ticket, No Exceptions .
- For all games, children age 2 and older must have a ticket to be admitted.
- Wheelchair and special needs seating is available. Please let us know in advance if members in your group require special seating.
GROUP LEADER TIPS
- Please have your payment in at least two weeks prior to your group outing date for the best available seating and group configuration. Please contact Meghan Hunter in our Group Sales department to initiate payment.
- The Knights can accept your payment over the phone or through the mail, as long as it's received two weeks prior to your group outing date. Tickets can be picked up at the Knights box office. Any cash or in-person payments MUST be scheduled in advance with our Group Sales Department.
- Please do not attempt to pick up tickets until notified by a member of the London Knights group sales Department.
