Important Information Regarding the HST for 2010-2011 Seasons
Any 2010/2011 season tickets payments made in full by April 30, 2010 will be HST exempt. Only GST will apply as in previous years. We apologize for any confusion this may cause. HST Exempt – Paid in Full By April 30, 2010 by 6:00pm
Early Bird - $100.00 Deposit per seat paid by June 4, 2010 at 6:00pm
Full Payment – No deposit placed paid in Full by July 5, 2010 at 6:00pm

PLAYOFF TICKETS
The 2010 London Knights Playoff Tickets will be going on sale on Monday December 7th, 2009. Many of you like to purchase all four rounds up front. Following the process we offered last year, we are offering the preauthorization form as an effective way for those who use credit cards to purchase their tickets. We will only charge you as the games take place but give you all four rounds of tickets up front. In order to expedite this process we will require you to fill out an authorization form either prior to or at the box office allowing us to charge your card prior to each round automatically. This will save on the wait time in receiving the refunds from the credit card companies. All cards will be charged the moment we know that a game will take place. In order to take advantage of this method, please return the form below by e-mail to ( kpotts@londonknights.com ), fax (519-668-7291) or in person at the London Knights Box Office no later than March 2nd , 2010. We cannot accept this over this phone as we require your signature for authorization. If you do not wish to take part of the preauthorization form you may still purchase your tickets at the box office with Cash or Debit. Tickets being purchased by Cash or Debit must be purchased three (3) business days prior to each game. I hope that this will provide an easy solution to playoff ticket purchasing. The time has arrived! The 2009-2010 Season Ticket Booklets will be ready for pick up starting Monday August 10th, 2009! Ticket pickup will be at the OMAC Mortgages London Knights Box Office at Gate Four at the John Labatt Centre on Dundas Street. All season ticket holders must present photo id . No person except for the season ticket holder can pick up the tickets. If you wish for someone else to pick up your tickets you must contact me via e-mail to confirm another will be coming. Please be prepared for line ups . Office Hours are Monday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm.
