2009-2010 Playoff Tickets Available for Current Knights of the Round Table Waitlist
The 2010 London Knights Playoff Tickets will be going on sale on Monday December 7th, 2009 . Many of you like to purchase all four rounds up front. Following the process we offered last year, we are offering the preauthorization form as an effective way for those who use credit cards to purchase their tickets. We will only charge you as the games take place but give you all four rounds of tickets up front. In order to expedite this process we will require you to fill out an authorization form either prior to or at the box office allowing us to charge your card prior to each round automatically. This will save on the wait time in receiving the refunds from the credit card companies. All cards will be charged the moment we know that a game will take place. In order to take advantage of this method, please return the form below by e-mail to ( kpotts@londonknights.com ), or by fax 519-668-7291. We cannot accept this over this phone as we require your signature for authorization. If you do not wish to take part of the preauthorization form but you still would like playoffs tickets you must e-mail me your request prior to coming into the box office to pay with Cash or Debit. I hope that this will provide an easy solution to playoff ticket purchasing. When submitting your playoff request you must have your Waitlist account number. Please note you may only purchase the same quantity of tickets that you have requested as season tickets.

KNIGHTS OF THE ROUND TABLE SEASON TICKET WAITLIST
(This is a club for non-season ticket holders to receive similar benefits enjoyed by current season ticket holders)
The London Knights Hockey Club would like to thank you for your loyal support and interest in obtaining London Knights season tickets. As you may be aware our season tickets have been sold out since 2005. In order to serve you better, we are assembling a new Season Ticket Wait List called “The Knights of the Round Table”, which will provide you with unique benefits throughout the hockey season. The Knights of the Round Table Season Ticket Wait List will replace the “Waiting List” from 2005-July 2009. The Knights of the Round Table Season Ticket Wait List is being created to ensure those on such list are fully committed and genuinely interested in purchasing London Knights' season tickets when they become available in the future.
Please read the following information carefully. Each season ticket holder has the first opportunity to renew their season tickets at the end of the year. If a season ticket holder chooses not to renew their seats, these tickets would then be given to the Knights of the Round Table Season Ticket Wait List. When season tickets become available, we will contact you to discuss your options.
Knights of the Round Table Season Ticket Waitlist Logistics:
- There is a one time refundable $50 fee per seat required with a maximum of 4 seats that can be purchased.
- The fee will be applied towards your eventual purchase of a London Knights' season tickets.
- If you wish to remove your name from the list at any time, this fee will be refunded.
- Knights of the Round Table Season Ticket Waitlist spot is not in non transferable.
- A $25 annual non-refundable membership fee per account that will be due each season in order to retain your membership on the Season Ticket Priority Waitlist.

- Season Ticket Priority Waitlist Number – your spot in line for Season Tickets
- Priority access to purchase regular season individual game tickets for select London Knights' games before they go on-sale to the general public. (Tickets will not be guaranteed, but members will have access to tickets on a first come first serve basis)

- 10% Discount for all merchandise within the OMAC Mortgages London Knights Armoury
- Monthly electronic newsletter
- Each account will receive one copy of the first yearly addition of the Knightly News.
- Invitation to a skating party and autograph session with the London Knights.
- Invitation to a London Knights practice.
2009-2010 Knights of the Round Table Season Ticket Waitlist Registration Process:

- You will be contacted by a member of the London Knights organization to confirm your spot.
- Once a member of the Knights of the Round Table Season Ticket Waitlist, you will receive a number, and your opportunity to become a London Knights Season Ticket holder will happen in priority sequence as seats become available. Your number will change each year as you renew your Knights of the Round Table account depending on how many season tickets become available.
- We will contact you at the end of each season to discuss your renewal options and Knights of the Round Table Waitlist number.
